Bank of America is seeking an experienced leader to drive process design and project delivery in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment. This role requires strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and executive-level communication to deliver strategic business outcomes.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, guide initiatives from concept through execution, and contribute to responsible growth while upholding the firm’s risk framework and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Process Design and/or Project Management experience.
• Strong leadership with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Executive presence and ability to lead meetings, including meetings with executive participants.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
