Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Brussels is seeking an engineering or architecture graduate to coordinate complex projects. You will manage stakeholders, supervise technical, administrative and financial aspects, and ensure timely project completion.

Fluent English and French are required, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to interact with executives, architects, contractors and client representatives. This is an on-site role located in Brussels or nearby environs.

Qualifications

• You are pursuing an engineering or architecture degree.
• Fluent in English and French with strong organizational skills.
• Able to coordinate external and internal stakeholders and teams.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating the project and all stakeholders involved (externals and internals).
• Carrying out administrative, legal, financial and technical arrangements for projects.
• Providing technical, administrative and financial supervision of projects to ensure their successful completion.
• Supervising the work with knowledge of site preparation and coordination of technical/architectural aspects.
• Ensuring monitoring of costs, quality and deadlines in alignment with HSQE policy.
• Day-to-day coordination of service providers and invoicing.
• Updating client reports and organizing project handover.
