Aston Soha is seeking an Architect - Project Manager to oversee major real estate development projects from design to delivery in Brussels. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure adherence to high standards of excellence across Belgium, Luxembourg, and France.

The role requires a Master’s degree in architecture or related field, 3–8 years’ PM experience, and fluency in French, Dutch, and English.

• 3–8 years of project management experience in real estate development, construction, or architecture.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Architect - Project Manager to oversee and coordinate major real estate development projects from design to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the company’s high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle — from conception, design, and permitting through construction and delivery.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Trilingual: fluent in French, Dutch, and English (written and spoken).
• Autonomous, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
