Ryder Reid Legal in Brussels is seeking an Information Governance Analyst to join its Information Governance team. You will manage and protect firm and client information, support compliance initiatives, and improve governance processes across the business.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in Information Governance, Records Management, Data Governance, Legal Operations, or eDiscovery, plus experience with document management systems such as iManage or NetDocuments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Information Governance, Records Management, Data Governance, Legal Operations, eDiscovery or as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Experience in a law firm, professional services, or legal information services is desirable.
• Proficient with document management systems (iManage/NetDocuments).
• Familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR).

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day operation of the Information Governance function.
• Manage onboarding, transfer and offboarding of client/matter records and data.
• Administer and monitor governance processes for compliance.
• Assist with data migration, matter mobility and lifecycle projects.
• Maintain integrity, security and classification of electronic records.
