AIRZONE is seeking a Technical Expert to support customers in Belgium from Brussels, with on-site and remote work options. You will train clients, coordinate with the Spanish Technical Team, and act as a knowledge hub for our HVAC solutions.

Essentially, you will handle incidents, participate in webinars, and help ensure high service quality through direct customer contact and regular field visits. English and French are required for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Higher-level vocational training in Electronics or similar.
• Knowledge of electronics is essential.
• Desirable: knowledge of air conditioning / HVAC.
• Minimum of 1 year in a similar role is preferable.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to customers in Belgium, on-site and remotely.
• Train customers and provide related technical services.
• Be a technical reference in the area and share knowledge with the team.
• Coordinate with the Spain-based technical team during peak periods.
• Attend industry events and webinars for knowledge sharing.
