Monard Law in Brussels is seeking an Associate to join its Employment Law team. You will advise Belgian and international clients on a broad range of matters including individual and collective employment law, with opportunities to gain hands-on court experience.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university, with 2–5 years’ experience in Belgian employment law, fluency in Dutch or French, and basic English knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university (potentially with labour and social security law).
• 2–5 years’ experience practising Belgian employment law as a lawyer.
• Fluency in Dutch or French with basic English knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Advise Belgian and international clients on a broad range of employment law matters (individual and collective).
• Gain hands-on experience before the courts and handle a varied workload.
• Join a dynamic practice group and collaborate to define career goals within the firm.
