JustLawyers in Brussels is seeking Employment Law Associates at all levels—from junior lawyers starting or completing their stag to those with 4–5 years of practice—to join a top-tier team.

You will advise clients on hiring, termination, restructurings; draft contracts and policies; handle social security and HR compliance; and represent clients in disputes and negotiations with unions.

Qualifications

• Belgian law degree
• 0–5 years’ experience in Employment Law (junior to mid-level)
• Native Dutch or French speaker

Responsabilités

• Advising clients on individual and collective employment law matters (hiring, dismissal, restructurings)
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and workplace regulations
• Assisting clients with social security, employee benefits, and HR compliance issues
• Representing clients in employment disputes, litigation, and negotiations with unions or authorities
