CRANIUM, the reference for privacy, security, and data management in the Benelux, is seeking a Business Manager for Brussels. You will drive consultants, nurture client relationships, and expand our Brussels unit by attracting top talent and guiding projects in data governance and compliance.

Based in Zaventem HQ, you’ll lead by example, balance ambitions with wellbeing, and collaborate with specialists to deliver the best solutions for clients and prospects across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales and consultancy sales.
• Strong customer success focus with relationship-building.
• Experience in leading and empowering a team with performance reviews.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attract and onboard top talent for the Brussels unit.
• Lead and empower a team of consultants with coaching.
• Provide project and consultancy support for your team.
• Guard work-life balance through listening and coaching.
• Lead consultancy projects such as DPO projects and DPIAs.
• Forge partnerships and manage client relationships.
