• Customer success is your passion; you make an impact by building strong relationships and providing actionable, insightful advice that empowers clients to achieve their goals and spot new business opportunities.
• You have a proven track record of leading and empowering a team. You leverage your skills in expectation management, performance reviews, and all‑round support to consistently deliver exceptional results.
• As a true team player, you excel at building trust and fostering open communication within different teams.
• You have excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
• You can easily work from our Zaventem base (HQ).
