Freshfields Brussels is recruiting ambitious, qualified lawyers with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience to join its market-leading global antitrust practice. Our lawyers handle some of the world’s most complex mandates and advise clients on competition, regulatory and trade law issues, many of which are cross-border or global.

Qualifications

• Top-class academic qualifications, preferably including an LL.M.
• Experience or strong interest in competition and trade law.
• Fluent in English; French is an asset.
• Willingness to relocate to Brussels.
• Team player with strong workload management and client service focus.

Responsabilités

• Advising clients on competition law and commercial issues.
• Drafting/negotiating transaction or other contract documents.
• Drafting submissions to competition authorities and courts.
• Managing transactions.
• Managing client relationships.
• Active participation in business development and client events.
• Training/junior lawyers and trainees.
