Job summary

Meerab Group is seeking a Program Manager OT Cybersecurity (Dutch) to lead and coordinate OT cybersecurity projects in Brussels, ensuring alignment with client strategies and regulatory standards.

You will oversee scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources, while guiding a team of OT engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and external partners. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Experience with IEC 62443 and NIS2, plus driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation, Electromechanics, IT, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Extensive OT cybersecurity experience including network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, and monitoring.
• Proven project or program management experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS and IEC 62443 / NIS2 standards.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; valid Category B driving licence.

• Lead and coordinate OT cybersecurity projects from analysis to delivery.
• Provide operational leadership to OT engineers, cybersecurity specialists and partners.
