Job summary

Beiersdorf Group in Brussels is offering a Marketing Intern position (6 months, starting January 2027) to join the Eucerin team and help drive the brand in Belgium. You will support the Derma Marketing Team in day-to-day brand management, PR & Influencer activities, and digital/media initiatives, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

This internship provides concrete responsibilities, a hybrid work model with some homeworking, and the chance to develop core

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing, Digital or Business or equivalent.
• Strong business proficiency in English; native in French or Dutch.
• First internship experience in a similar or related role is a plus.
• Fascinated by FMCG and dermo-cosmetics.
• Positive, creative mindset with a can-do attitude.
• Organizational skills and initiative; ability to work autonomously.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support Derma Marketing Team and elevate the Eucerin brand image in Belgium.
• Assist with day-to-day brand management, product launches and materials.
• Support PR & Influencer activities, briefing and monitoring across campaigns.
• Collaborate on digital and media activities, localize assets and website updates.
• Coordinate with agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables.

Are you passionate about brand marketing and skincare? Do you want to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment? Then this opportunity is for you! We are looking for a Marketing Intern (6 months, starting January 2027) to join our Eucerin team in Brussels and help us drive our brand to new heights.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Marketing Intern, you will support the Derma Marketing Team in delivering strong sell‑out and elevating the Eucerin brand image in Belgium.

You will be a reliable support to the team, contributing to key marketing tasks and helping bring our brand strategy to life.

This internship offers the chance to discover a wide variety of marketing activities and build solid fundamentals in a dynamic and caring environment.Your main responsibilities will include:

Support of the Day‑to‑day brand management:

• Contribution to the analysis and preparations of successful product launches and relaunches
• Monthly qualitative competitor analysis
• Presentations upon requests
• Support developing necessary material: memento, sales book, logo’s
• Office stock management and postal activities

PR & Influencer Facilitator

• Document the PR & Influence exchanges with the PR & Influence agencies and monitor their follow‑up
• Create and follow up on briefings for press releases and communication materials, and support the organization of PR events (if applies)
• Execute the influencer activities: ensure the retroplanning is respected, create, review and share feedback on the briefings and content creation in line with our guidelines & in close collaboration with the Influencer Manager and Marketing team
• Monitor influencer seeding and track social media trends

Follow‑up of Digital & Media activities:

• In close collaboration with the Digital Activation Manager, Media Activation Manager, Brand Managers, Regulatory Affairs Department (if applicable) and our different agencies:
• Localize and create campaign media assets, ensuring accurate and timely follow up with our creative agency on all asset deliveries
• Support the monthly website updates (homepage + structure) as well as the creation and analysis of new landing pages such as campaign pages - in collaboration with colleagues from France, the Netherlands and/or Germany
• Support with the digital asset and product management (PIM & DAM)
• Ensure a follow‑up on the chatbot displayed on our website, guaranteeing a biannual update incorporating new and discontinued products, texts as well as new features

Teamwork

• Teamwork at the center: supporting Brand Managers, Digital Activation Manager, Media Activation Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Assistant, PR & Influence manager
• Regular exchanges with the other interns
• Working closely with agencies in a caring but moving forward way
• Doorbell & reception packages (depending on team day)

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT?

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Available for 6 months, full time as from January 2027;
• Master degree-level education in Marketing, Digital or business;
• Strong business proficiency in English – Native in French or Dutch;
• A first internship experience in a similar or equivalent role is a big plus;
• Fascinated by the FMCG universe and dermo-cosmetics
• You demonstrate a positive, passionate & creative mindset;
• Willingness to tackle challenges & not afraid of complexity
• Accurate – attention to details – analytical skills
• Capable to combine teamwork with diverse personalities & autonomous working
• Professional working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / …)

• Strong communication skills, both written (good spelling & flow) & verbal
