Inventec Performance Chemicals, a Dehon group company, seeks a Marketing Communications Designer to create and produce visual and written materials. You will own design across flyers, brochures, presentations, video content, ads and newsletters, working mainly with Adobe Creative Cloud and Office 365, ensuring brand consistency and audience-targeted communication with multilingual outputs.

You will collaborate with product, sales and technical teams to translate complex information into engaging

Qualifications

Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a similar design/marketing production role.
English fluency in reading and writing is required.
Basic understanding of integrating AI in the workflow.

Responsabilités

Design and produce marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, product sheets) from concept to print-ready files.
Build presentation decks (PowerPoint/InDesign) for sales, trade shows, management.
Plan, shoot or source and edit short-form video content for product launches and social media.
Design digital and print advertisements aligned with campaign briefs.
Create and distribute regular newsletters coordinating content from multiple stakeholders.
Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across deliverables.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines, coordinating with printers, translators, or agencies.
Prepare multilingual materials and ensure font/layout consistency across translations.
Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to translate technical content into clear visuals.
Manage a digital asset library for reuse across teams.
