Cohabs is seeking a Creative Director to lead the Marketing team's creative vision and the Cohabs brand expression. You’ll guide the Brand Creative team, translate brand strategy into bold concepts and ensure a consistent visual and verbal identity across all touchpoints, from campaigns to experiences.

This hands-on leadership role shapes how the brand looks, sounds and performs. You’ll drive creative across the full funnel, collaborate across Marketing functions, and explore new tools,

• You have 7+ years of creative experience in agencies or in-house marketing.
• You lead creative teams and shape brand identities across channels.
• You excel in both brand-building and performance-driven work.

• Define and drive Cohabs' creative vision across all touchpoints.
• Develop concepts and campaigns from brief to execution with Marketing.
• Shape tone of voice and copy direction, and oversee visual assets.
