Start People is recruiting for a Warehouse & Operations Associate for a biotech company based in Zwijnaarde, Belgium. The role involves hands-on warehouse duties in a GMP-regulated environment and handling cryopreserved blood samples for manufacturing.

You will use SAP to process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain traceability. The position offers a 4-on/4-off shift pattern, meal vouchers, and a path to permanent employment after six months, within an international, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or operational environments.
• Willing to learn and develop in this field.
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and compliant with quality, safety procedures.
• Reliable, proactive, and takes ownership.
• Works well in a team and across departments.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Can commute independently to the site in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Inbound and outbound warehouse activities in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Receive, handle and store cryopreserved blood samples (cells) for manufacturing.
• Manage inventory, warehouse materials and internal requests.
• Use SAP to process warehouse transactions and ensure accurate records.
• Maintain documentation, traceability and GMP/quality compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to support daily activities.
