Belgie Vacature seeks a Warehouse & Operations Associate to join a biotech company in Ghent/ Zwijnaarde. You will focus on operational warehouse activities and accurate administrative follow-up to support critical manufacturing processes.

Fluent English, reliability, and a collaborative mindset are essential. The role offers a 4-on/4-off shift pattern with a €10 meal voucher per working day in an international team.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing or operational environments.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures for quality and safety.
• Reliable, proactive and able to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Able to collaborate across departments and communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound warehouse activities in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Receive, handle and store cryopreserved samples (cells) for manufacturing.
