Jobat is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a leading biotech startup headquartered near Ghent. You will handle biohazard materials, process inventory, and manage cryogenic storage in a sterile, GMP/GDP‑compliant setting.

Working across Operations and Quality teams, you’ll perform MICs, complete GMP/GDP documentation, and coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to optimize inbound, picking and outbound logistics using two SAP ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP/GDP environments is required.
• Familiarity with sterile and controlled environments.
• Ability to follow master inspection checks and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Handling biohazard materials such as blood bags and viral vectors in a temperature-controlled environment.
• Accurately processing incoming inventory by verifying purchase orders, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Managing equipment and materials stored at cryogenic temperatures.
• Completing Master Inspection Checks (MIC) for received goods, including transportation inspections, temperature control, integrity verification, and proper documentation.
• Filling in necessary forms and logbooks related to receiving, picking, and outbound operations in accordance with GMP and GDP.
• Collaborating closely with the Operations and Quality departments to facilitate production and laboratory activities at the start-up site.
• Working in a sterile environment while wearing specialized protective clothing.
• Using two SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to manage inbound, picking, and outbound logistics.
• Coordinating with accounting, suppliers, and business stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
