• Bachelor's or Master's in engineering, biochemical engineering, biotechnology, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in upstream equipment design in biotech/pharma.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own process development: design and optimize upstream processes including cell culture and fermentation.
• Support FAT/SAT: test equipment with cross-functional teams and document tests.
• Troubleshooting: resolve process-related and technical issues to maintain production performance.
• Documentation: maintain protocols and reports for process equipment and design qualification.
• Regulatory compliance: ensure processes meet regulatory and cGMP standards.
