IQVIA is seeking a senior Business Development leader to drive sales and account management in the European biotech space. The role requires leveraging an established CRO/pharma network to expand client portfolios across the full spectrum of clinical services from Phase I to IV.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic selling, relationship management at the C-suite level, and the ability to develop robust, multi-faceted account plans that align with IQVIA’s comprehensive

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
• At least 8 years’ experience as a BD Associate/Director in a CRO environment.
• Understanding of the clinical process (PH I – IV).
• Solid understanding of the biotech segment, including commercialization and the principles of drug discovery and development.
• A detailed understanding of the biotech market in Europe
• The individual can be based anywhere in Euope

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and account management activities within the biotech sector in Europe.
• Sell across the enterprise, including Phase I through IV global services.
• Manage relationships at all levels within the biotech organisational structure, including C‑Suite and senior executives.
• Gather internal, external, and competitive intelligence on clients; develop a robust account strategy.
• Drive superior execution to identify, drive and expand the business across the IQVIA clinical solution portfolio.
• Collaborate across the organization; build relationships internally and externally.
