Capgemini Engineering seeks an Analytical Method Transfer Consultant in a hybrid role with on-site Beerse and Brussels and remote flexibility. You will drive transfer strategies for biologics, collaborate across labs, and ensure regulatory alignment through protocols, reports, and data reviews.

Ideal candidates bring a chemistry/biotech background, 2+ years in pharma QC, and hands-on HPLC experience, plus strong cross‑functional communication to coordinate complex transfer projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in (Bio)Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology or related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years in analytical or quality control within pharma/biotech.
• Hands-on experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC and GMP requirements.
• Understanding of method validation and QC processes for biologics.
• Experience coordinating analytical method transfers and drafting technical documents.

Responsabilités

• Embed in a pharmaceutical environment to transfer analytical methods across labs.
• Define transfer strategies, acceptance criteria, and statistical evaluation for biologics.
• Author, review and approve analytical protocols and technical reports.
• Summarise data from transfers and support decision making with clear conclusions.
• Coordinate readiness, track progress, and provide issue resolution support.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation with regular updates to teams.
