Capgemini Belgium is seeking an Analytical Method Transfer Consultant specializing in biologics to join a hybrid team. Based in Beerse or Brussels with remote flexibility, you will coordinate method transfers, define transfer strategies, and author protocols and reports to ensure GMP-compliant transfer of analytical methods for biologics.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, anticipate risks, and support lab readiness across sites.

Working in a hybrid setup, on-site in Beerse and Brussels with remote flexibility, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders and bring both technical depth and project leadership to every engagement. In this role you will play a key role in:Collaborating with cross-functional teams including method and specification owners, internal QC and stability laboratories, regulatory affairs, and external quality partners to define the scope, timelines, and country-specific requirements for analytical method transfersDefining and documenting analytical method transfer strategies for biologics (large molecules), including identification of appropriate samples, acceptance criteria, and statistical evaluation approaches, building robust transfer plans in line with GMP standardsAuthoring, reviewing, and approving analytical protocols, technical reports, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with regulatory expectationsReviewing and summarising data from analytical method transfers — including non-clinical statistical data evaluation — drawing clear, well-supported conclusions to drive decision-makingCoordinating laboratory readiness, tracking progress against timelines, and providing or facilitating technical troubleshooting and investigative support for any issues arising during the transfer processIdentifying and communicating potential risks to scope and timelines, proposing mitigation strategies, and providing regular updates to project teams and functional managementYour profileYou hold a degree in (Bio)Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related scientific disciplineYou have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical or quality control role within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectorYou have hands-on experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, and a solid understanding of GMP requirements, method validation principles, and quality control processes for biologics (large molecules)You are experienced in managing or coordinating analytical method transfers, with the ability to author and review technical documents such as protocols and reports to a high standardYou communicate with confidence across multidisciplinary teams, are comfortable managing competing priorities in a project environment, and bring a proactive, structured approach to identifying risks and driving timely resolutionWhat you'll love about working hereHybrid working – We encourage flexibility when it comes to when and where work gets done.
