Redwire Space Europe is seeking a hands-on Bid Manager to bridge Sales, Project Management and technical teams across European operations. You will manage CCNs, support proposal development and help secure ESA-related opportunities in microgravity, IBDM, and avionics.
In this role you will organize complex commercial discussions, track changes, and maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring alignment between expectations and capabilities.

This role focuses on managing and negotiating change requests (CCNs), supporting proposal development, and ensuring smooth follow-up on out-of-scope work. You will play a crucial role in strengthening customer relationships, structuring incoming opportunities, and contributing to the commercial success of ESA-related projects within domains such as microgravity, IBDM, and avionics.
