Growin, a Brussels-based data analytics consultancy, is seeking a skilled BI Developer to join our dynamic team. You will design and implement dashboards and data models, leverage Power BI and Microsoft BI stack (SSIS/SSAS/SSRS) and work with SQL Server, ETL processes, and Azure Data Components.

French communication is a plus. Relocation sponsorship and a tailor-made career management plan await the successful candidate, along with ongoing learning and strong team support to grow your expertise

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BI Developer with a focus on reporting and data analysis.
• Strong command of Microsoft BI tools (SSIS/SSAS/SSRS) and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience in developing dashboards and visuals with Power BI (4+ years).
• Knowledge of ETL processes for data extraction and integration.
• Experience with SQL Server and data modeling concepts (Star Schema, Data Vault).

• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Optimize data flows and ensure data quality across sources.

Tell us about your:

• experience as a BI Developer in reporting and analyzing data
• experience in working with Microsoft tools (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
• strong experience in developing dashboards and visuals with PowerBI (4 years minimum)
• knowledge of ETL processes for data extraction
• experience in working with SQL Server Database
• understanding of Data modeling (Star Schema, Data Vault)
• experience in Azure Data Components (Data Factory, Synapse Analytic, Analysis Services)
• ability to communicate in French
