Job summary

Atlas Copco Group Specialty Rental is seeking a Business Intelligence Expert Sales & Marketing to support growth by delivering dashboards and analytics across Salesforce.com and SAP, improving operational excellence and customer experience.

You will join the marketing team and report to the Business Process Manager Sales & Marketing, defining the reporting roadmap and coordinating with Sales, Pricing, Data Experts, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with quote-to-cash processes.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and dashboards is a plus.
• Salesforce and SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in an international and multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience within Atlas Copco Rental is an advantage.

• Define and maintain the reporting roadmap.
• Specify dashboards and analytics requirements; validate quality.
• Prioritize analytics requests and manage backlog.

• Drive governance for stability and adoption.
• Train stakeholders on reporting capabilities.
• Coordinate source system improvements for accuracy.
• Monitor analytics performance and optimize.
• Align regional BI initiatives to avoid duplication.
• Leverage AI to generate insights.
