Akiles seeks a mid‑level investment professional to support the fund across sourcing, modeling, and due diligence. You’ll map sector landscapes, assess business plans, and contribute to valuation work while engaging in transaction structuring and post‑investment management.

You will gain exposure to both private equity and venture capital dynamics, with a balanced mix of office time in southern Brussels and remote work, and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Institutional Master’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years in roles with financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis and client facing exposure.
• Proven exposure to investment processes, due diligence, and deal execution.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
• Commercial acumen and a broad advisor/entrepreneur network.
• Comfort with AI tools to increase efficiency and extract insights.

Responsabilités

• Deal sourcing through intermediaries and proactive outreach.
• Screening databases and mapping sector landscapes.
• Own sector research and financial modeling.
• Assess business plans and valuations.
• Support due diligence, transaction structuring, and post‑investment management.
• Assist with exit preparation and engagement with boards.
