The Safety Hub seeks a Prevention Advisor Level 1 to lead SHS management for the Benelux region. You will oversee prevention and wellbeing at work, combining technical guidance, operational support and team leadership.

You will directly manage three SHS colleagues and act as the Belgian authority for Level 1 prevention compliance, coordinating with external prevention services and CPPT/CPBW where needed.

Formación

• Mandatory Prevention Advisor Level 1 qualification recognised in Belgium.
• Proven experience in logistics, warehousing or transport.
• Thorough understanding of Belgian legislation on well-being at work.
• Experience in leadership and team management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and monitor the prevention policy across the Benelux region.
• Advise management and employees on safety, health, ergonomics and wellbeing at work.
• Conduct risk assessments and define preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with Belgian well-being regulations and CPPT/CPBW involvement.
• Organise workplace inspections, investigations and audits; follow up actions.
• Coordinate with external prevention services and support CPPT activities.
• Organise training and awareness initiatives to strengthen prevention culture.
• Travel regularly to sites across the Benelux region; manage three SHS colleagues.
• Improve QSHS tools and processes.
