Prebes vzw is seeking a Health & Safety Manager (Preventieadviseur Niveau 1) to enhance its internal prevention approach. You'll advise management on creating a safe work environment and lead a team focused on wellbeing and safety.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Prevention Advisor Level 1 (or nearing certification).
• Relevant experience in prevention and wellbeing, especially in complex organizations.
• Ability to travel regularly across VIB sites in Flanders.

Responsabilités

• Advise management on safety, biosafety, and occupational health.
• Prepare and monitor the global prevention plan and annual action plans.
• Lead development of the internal prevention service.
• Coordinate collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Monitor incidents and risks using data insights.
• Support and coach managers and researchers.
