Job summary

Hellmann East Europe Group in Vilvoorde, Belgium, seeks a seasoned QHSE Specialist Benelux to ensure safe, compliant, and sustainable operations across the Netherlands and Belgium.

You will implement and maintain ISO-based management systems, lead audits, manage risk analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen QHSE culture. Dutch and English proficiency essential; five years in QHSE preferred.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a QHSE, quality or compliance role.
• Internal auditor qualification or willingness to complete training.
• Proven experience in implementing and auditing ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001.
• Knowledge of Benelux environmental, health and safety regs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Benelux legislation, permits and certifications.
• Plan and conduct internal, external, customer and supplier audits.
• Manage risk assessments and corrective actions.
• Coordinate health and safety plans and accident registers.
• Support sector standards and ESG initiatives.
• Improve environmental and energy performance and reporting.
• Translate QHSE requirements into practical procedures and training.
• Collaborate with local teams and authorities to drive compliance.
