Stanley Black & Decker Belgium is seeking a Benelux Payroll Specialist to deliver accurate, timely payroll across the Benelux region. You will be part of the GSS Stanley Black & Decker Payroll Team and report to the Benelux Payroll Lead, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

In this role you will manage onboarding, offboarding, data verification, time and attendance, and year-end activities, while collaborating with external providers and government partners to stay compliant.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the Benelux region, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee status changes.
• Maintain and verify payroll data, time and attendance records, holiday balances, and employee absences.
• Prepare payroll payments, perform monthly checks, support reconciliations, and assist with year-end and audit activities.
• Generate payroll reports and respond to payroll-related queries from employees, managers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with external payroll providers, government agencies, and third-party vendors while supporting process improvements and documentation updates.
