Stanley Black & Decker Belgium is seeking a Benelux Payroll Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll processing across the Benelux region, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll.

You will work with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers, handle onboarding/offboarding, time and attendance, and support audits and process improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the Benelux region, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee status changes.
• Maintain and verify payroll data, time and attendance records, holiday balances, and employee absences.
• Prepare payroll payments, perform monthly checks, support reconciliations, and assist with year-end and audit activities.
• Generate payroll reports and respond to payroll-related queries from employees, managers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with external payroll providers, government agencies, and third-party vendors while supporting process improvements and documentation updates.
