Reporting to the Business Assurance Director Benelux, the role connects Commercial, Operations, Audit Delivery and global networks to deliver profitable growth and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant medical devices leadership experience.
• Deep regulatory knowledge of MDR, IVDR and ISO 13485.
• Proven track record in P&L ownership and growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and market development skills.
• Experience across Benelux or multi-country markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Benelux Medical Devices strategy and growth roadmap.
• Own the segment P&L, including revenue and margins.
• Identify market opportunities across MDR, IVDR, ISO 13485, MDSAP, UKCA.
• Drive business growth through strategic account management and market development.
• Collaborate with Notified Bodies and global teams to access capabilities.
• Translate forecasts into resource and capacity planning.
• Lead performance reviews and continuous improvement in Benelux.
