Danaher’s Life Sciences Human Resources is seeking a Senior HR Generalist for the Benelux region. The role supports complex HR situations with policy expertise, delivering standardized service across Life Sciences in assigned geography.

The position reports to the Director, LS Generalist, and requires Dutch fluency and solid knowledge of Belgian labor practices to drive compliant HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee relations.
• Fluency in Dutch is mandatory, with knowledge of Belgian labor practices.
• Experience with HRIS and case management systems to analyze data and drive improvements.

Responsabilités

• Resolve complex HR cases and provide subject matter expertise on employee lifecycle transactions.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to support business requirements and continuity plans.
• Support managers on performance management administration and documentation.
• Document activities and maintain records in HR systems for compliance and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to standardization across HR service delivery.
