Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Data Analyst for the Benelux region to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive better business decisions. The role covers Belgium and Netherlands with hybrid work and travel between the two countries as needed.

You will build dashboards and reports, leverage Power BI, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor performance and translate data into practical recommendations. The position reports to the BI Lead.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting or interpreting complex datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent Power BI knowledge.
• Experience with databases, data extraction, data preparation and data visualization tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into accurate, user-friendly analytical solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with initiative and opportunities for improvement.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
• Willingness to travel between Belgium and the Netherlands as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to understand needs and translate into data, reporting and analytical solutions.
• Retrieve, clean, structure and validate data from multiple sources for accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks and growth opportunities.
• Turn analysis into actionable insights and recommendations supporting decision-making and improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, with a focus on Power BI.
• Support development and maintenance of databases and data collection processes.
