Job summary

AKQA Brussels PR is seeking a Dutch-speaking strategist to lead creator, influencer and affiliate programs across the Benelux. You’ll own the strategy, run the team, and partner with performance squads to drive brand and commercial results.

You’ll build integrated campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels, turning creator trends into opportunities and negotiating multi-asset deals with creators and agencies. Join a fast-growing, creative agency network.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience leading influencer or social commerce strategies in Belgium and/or the Netherlands.
• Hands-on TikTok experience, ideally TikTok Shop.
• Track record of using creators and affiliates to drive measurable commercial results.
• Commercially sharp: able to set KPIs, manage budgets and use data to optimize investment.
• Confident negotiating with creators, agencies and platforms.
• Previous team management experience.
• Dutch: native or fluent; English: fluent; French: a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for creator, influencer and affiliate programs across Benelux.
• Lead and coach a team of junior colleagues in a fast-growing environment.
• Own creator strategy, recruitment, briefing, testing and program development.
• Negotiate fees, usage rights, exclusivity and multi-asset deals with creators and partners.
• Collaborate with performance teams to drive results and optimize campaigns.
