LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Brussels seeks an experienced FP&A Manager for the Benelux region to support decision-making with financial reporting and performance analysis. The role combines financial planning, analysis and control to drive profitability and fiscal discipline in a multinational setting.

Based in Brussels, you will lead monthly closings, budget processes, and provide insights to central and local management teams, mentoring the FP&A intern and coordinating with Marketing on cost

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in business controlling with a solid accounting foundation.
• Auditing experience valued.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Strong understanding of IFRS.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with reporting/consolidation and integrated systems (SAP).
• Fluency in French and English; Dutch knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Controlling and providing constructive challenge to monthly business performance (variance analysis for revenue, margins and costs).
• Assess activity profitability by customer and by product line; monitor departmental expenses.
• Participate in monthly closings and budgeting with Accounting for full financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Support Marketing on Advertising & Promotions costs (POSM, local purchases, media).
• Finance evaluation of capex/investment projects.
• Conduct various ad-hoc analyses.
• Provide coaching to the FP&A intern.
