Vivo Talent Solutions represents a leading lighting manufacturer seeking a commercially focused Country Manager to drive growth across Belgium. You will secure major projects and develop strong relationships with consultants, contractors, end users, distributors, and decision makers.

Key responsibilities include developing new business, managing accounts, and coordinating with the agent network to maximise opportunities while delivering presentations and technical information to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have proven BD or sales experience in Belgian professional lighting or building-products sectors.
• Strong network in Belgium with ability to develop new opportunities.
• Willingness to travel across Belgium and hold a valid driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business opportunities across the Belgian market.
• Build and manage relationships with key accounts and project stakeholders.
• Identify specification opportunities and convert projects into sales.
• Develop relationships with consultants, lighting designers, contractors, end users and distributors.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations and customer visits.
• Develop opportunities across industrial, logistics, infrastructure, healthcare and data-centre sectors.
• Collaborate with the existing agent network to maximise opportunities and avoid channel conflict.
• Coordinate quotations, technical information and project requirements with the wider team.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and sales forecasts.
