Uber Eats Belgium is seeking a General Manager to lead strategy, growth, and P&L for the market. You will define the local vision, build and guide the local team, and serve as the primary face to government, media, and partners.

You will partner with regional leadership to align with global resources for local success. You will own full P&L, drive expansion into new cities and verticals, and design resilient operational systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of high-growth operations or general management experience.
• Proven P&L management with profitable growth in complex markets.
• Experience leading diverse, high-performance teams.

Responsabilités

• Own full P&L and strategy for Uber Eats Belgium, including forecasting and key levers for growth.
• Define country strategy and expand into new cities or product verticals in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Design and scale operational systems with focus on customer experience and efficiency; lead cross-functional projects.
• Hire, mentor and lead a local team, fostering data-driven decision making and rapid execution.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive innovation and results across Uber Eats and external partners.
• Represent Uber Eats to policymakers, regulatory bodies, media, and restaurant/retail partners.
• Collaborate with Policy and Communications to manage local narratives and compliance.
