Deliveroo Belgium is offering a Commercial Strategy Internship to support the Belgium commercial team with data-driven insights and strategic initiatives. The role involves cross-functional projects, performance analysis, and identifying opportunities to unlock growth and efficiency within a fast-growing tech company.

You will work from our Brussels office with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week, gaining hands-on exposure to commercial, strategy, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Curious mindset with willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in food delivery, retail, or tech industry is a plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or data visualization tools are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the commercial strategy team with data analysis and business performance deep-dives.
• Help identify growth opportunities and operational improvements through data-backed insights.
• Assist in building and improving internal tools, processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with local and HQ teams on strategic initiatives and new product rollouts.
• Work closely with sales and commercial teams to support performance tracking and execution.
• Partner with other markets to share learnings and best practices.
• Contribute to projects that improve restaurant and partner operations.
