Mercor in Belgium is seeking proficient bilingual speakers (English & Dutch) to help make advanced AI models safer. You will write Belgian Dutch prompts and apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.

No prior AI/ML experience is required—we will train you on the workflow. Start date is immediate, and you’ll work from Belgium with a focus on Belgium Dutch language variant.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Belgian Dutch; strong business-level written English.
• Bachelor’s degree or in progress.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment on sensitive topics.

Responsabilités

• Write expert-level prompts in Belgian Dutch for AI safety tasks.
• Apply guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial phrasing and document reasoning.
