Mercor in Belgium seeks proficient bilingual speakers (English & Dutch) to help make advanced AI models safer. You will write prompts in Belgian Dutch and apply guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.

You will flag adversarial phrasing and document your reasoning. Start date is immediate, and no prior AI/ML experience is required—we will train you on the workflow. This role is critical to shaping safe, responsible AI deployment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (Belgian variety) and business-level written English.
• Currently based in Belgium.
• Bachelor's degree or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning and attention to detail.
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Responsabilités

• Write expert-level prompts in Belgian Dutch across a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, and document the reasoning behind your judgments.
