Kelly Pediatric Therapy in Belgium is seeking a school-based Behavior Support Specialist to provide services for a local school district. The role requires experience with behaviors in a school setting and FBA/BIP experience is preferable.

A Master's in ABA or related behavioral field is expected, with strong collaboration across school-based teams. This position offers a W2 arrangement with weekly pay, benefits, PTO, and ongoing mentorship from clinical leadership to support documentation,

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year experience working with children or adolescents with developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders in a school-based setting.
  • Master's in ABA or related behavioral field.
  • Experience in applied behavior analysis highly preferred.
  • Crisis Intervention training preferred.
  • Able to problem solve and work effectively with others.
  • Valid DE driver's license and reliable transportation.

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a school-based Behavior Support Specialist to provide school-based services for a local school district.
