Soliant is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support students during the 2026-2027 school year in the Newark, DE area, with assignments in traditional school and home health settings.

Ideal candidates will hold an active Delaware OT license (or be eligible) and have experience in school-based services, IEPs, and collaboration with educators and families to advance functional and academic goals.

Qualifications

• Active, valid Occupational Therapist license in Delaware (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience delivering OT services in school, home health, or pediatric healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with IEP processes, progress reporting, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Adaptable approach, comfortable working with diverse student needs.
• Ready to commit full-time for the 26/27 school year.

Responsabilités

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized therapy plans for students.
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in school and home settings as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support progress toward functional, academic, and developmental goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation to ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide training or resources for educational staff.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students.
