CBTW in Brussels is seeking a Business- and Functional Analyst to join our Strategy, Product & Transformation line. You will bridge business and IT, translating requirements into detailed specs and user stories, while shaping digital products and organizational alignment across projects.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor's degree.
• Have at least 6 years of experience in a similar position.
• Speak fluently English, Dutch, and French.
• Preferably have a background or experience in IT.
• Preferably have experience with tools like UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence.

Responsabilités

• Be the bridge between the business (e.g., senior management, sales, marketing, etc.) and the technical team (e.g., developers).
• Analyze, challenge and model business needs, using modelling tools like UML or BPMN.
• Analyze process, perform AS-IS and TO-BE gap analysis and propose improvements.
• Communicate with key stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications for IT, write detailed functional specifications for developers and analyse the impact.
• Break business needs into user stories.
• Create business process and functional documentation and workflows using diagrams.
• Work closely with IT to ensure technical feasibility before developments.
• Define and handle the test phases.
• Make sure the documentation is up-to-date.

As a Business- and Functional Analyst, you will join our Strategy, Product & Transformation service line.

Strategy, Product & Transformation is CBTW’s service line dedicated to supporting organizations from strategic vision to market launch, while ensuring the right organizational alignment throughout a seamless and integrated journey.

We help our clients make the right strategic choices, design meaningful digital products, structure the organization required to support them, and successfully bring them to market.
