Thon Hotels is seeking a friendly Barman (bar staff) to join the EU hotel team in Brussels. The role focuses on crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and delivering attentive guest service in a dynamic, international setting.

You will mix, garnis and present beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction while collaborating with colleagues to maintain a lively bar atmosphere. Flexible scheduling and a passion for beverages are valued in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Interest in cocktails and beverage service.
• Good communication in English and French is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent service at the bar and in the restaurant areas.
• Create and present cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks to guests.
• Engage with guests warmly and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Adapt to flexible schedules and shifts.
