Thon Hotels is seeking a Barman (maid) to join our team at Thon Hotel EU in Brussels. You will mix and garnish cocktails, serve beverages, and ensure guests have an exceptional experience in a vibrant, international setting.

The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role, loves cocktails, and communicates in English and French. Flexible schedules and a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere are offered by our hotel in the European Quarter.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, ideally in a hotel restaurant/bar.
• Strong service mindset and guest-oriented approach.
• Nice to have cocktail passion and ability to create drinks.

Responsabilités

• Provide bar service and hospitality with a smile.
• Mix, garnish and serve drinks; surprise guests with signature creations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and adapt service levels as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and comply with standards.
• Work flexible hours to meet hotel needs.
