Nexeo is seeking a Process Officer to support a banking client with process analysis, documentation, and governance. You will contribute to Incident Management design and ensure processes are clearly documented and aligned with business needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders across operational domains, delivering high-quality process maps and governance artefacts in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in process management, analysis, or operational excellence.
• Strong writing and documentation skills with BPMN literacy.
• Experience with process modelling tools and governance.
• Knowledge of banking sector is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define, analyze, and document existing business processes using recognised modelling techniques.
• Manage end-to-end process descriptions and AS-IS documentation.
• Review, update, and optimise processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Create and maintain process documentation, procedures, and guidelines.
• Design and improve Incident Management processes and workflows.
