Nexeo is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – KYC to support a banking client, focusing on regulatory and policy changes across KYC processes within a compliance and customer lifecycle environment.

You will join a KYC-focused team in a large-scale Agile organization, translating regulatory requirements into business and IT solutions while ensuring BNPP Group guidelines and European/local regulations are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years as a Business Analyst in regulatory/compliance environments.
• Proven KYC project delivery experience in banking.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into business and IT solutions.
• Strong ability to work across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Business and IT.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end analysis and implementation of KYC regulatory and policy changes.
• Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements related to AML, CTF, CDD, sanctions screening, UBO identification, and risk assessment.
• Translate regulatory texts, policies, and compliance requirements into detailed business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Business, and IT stakeholders to validate requirements and approaches.
• Define and prioritize KYC-related requirements, business rules, use cases, and process improvements.
• Conduct impact assessments on regulatory changes, policy updates, and system enhancements.
• Design and optimize KYC business processes across entities and brands.
• Work with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Testers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability between regulatory requirements, business needs, system implementation, and testing.
• Review functional designs, test plans, and deliverables for regulatory compliance.
• Manage the Business Analysis workstream including planning, risk management, and reporting.
• Act as a KYC SME for project teams and external vendors.
• Coach and support junior Business Analysts on KYC initiatives.
