Axis Group is seeking a Banking & Insurance Customer Advisor to guide individual clients through financial projects, both digitally and in person. You’ll help clients find tailored solutions across banking, financing, insurance, and retirement planning.

You’ll work with a Sales Manager to reach commercial goals, using online platforms and digital tools, while serving a diverse client base. Dutch language fluency and a college degree or 3 years’ experience are required.

• College degree or 3 years of relevant customer-focused experience.
• Excellent Dutch language skills and strong communication.
• Interest in banking, finance, investments and insurance.

• You’ll proactively guide and advise individual clients as they work toward their short- and medium-term financial goals.

• As their trusted financial advisor, you’ll work with them to find solutions that meet their unique needs, whether it’s everyday banking, financing, insuring valuable assets, or retirement savings.
• You’re well-versed in the digital world and provide clients with support in using online platforms and digital tools.
• You can count on the support of your Sales Manager, who will provide you with regular feedback.
