Accenture is seeking a Banking Consultant to join our international Financial Services teams. You will shape and deliver client solutions, manage a portion of the project scope with your team, and drive innovative initiatives across multiple engagements.

You will lead teams, coach colleagues, ensure delivery quality, and apply AI trends to client challenges. Fluency in Dutch and/or French, plus English, and 4+ years in banking are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in at least one key banking domain (e.g. Payments, Cards, Credits, Accounts).
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, English is mandatory.
• Experienced in resource management, team coaching, scope management, risk/issues management, quality assurance.
• Knowledge of project estimation and planning and delivery management frameworks and skills.
• Experience with different delivery methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with working with near-shore or off-shore teams.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Ability to contribute in RFP/RFIs.
• Affinity with AI is an asset.
