Job summary

Accenture Belgium seeks a Banking Consultant to grow their banking and technology expertise while leading a small team on international IT transformation projects in the financial services sector. You will shape solutions, coach teammates, and deliver high-value outcomes for clients across globe.

You will leverage AI to enhance client experiences and strengthen Accenture’s global banking network while collaborating with nearshore or offshore teams in dynamic projects.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in at least one key banking domain (e.g. Payments, Cards, Credits, Accounts)
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, English is mandatory
• Experienced in resource management, team coaching, scope management, risk/issues management, quality assurance
• Knowledge of project estimation and planning and delivery management related frameworks and skills
• Experience with different delivery methodologies and frameworks
• Experience with working with near-shore or off-shore teams
• Excellent people management skills
• Ability to contribute in RFP/RFIs
• Affinity with AI is an asset
